NURSE ASSISTANT PROGRAM/ CNA
Overview: A 150-hour course in basic nursing. Program includes courses in bed making, bathing, vital signs taking, and other personal care techniques for the hospitalized patient. Basic skills are practiced in the laboratory before students are brought to patients in the care facilities. Upon successful completion of the course, the student may apply for a state certification as Nurse Assistant.
